Joshua Hostetter is a licensed counselor and founder of Spiral Therapeutics, located in Chester Springs, PA.

Spiral Therapeutics provides both individual and couples counseling to residents of Chester County, PA. For individual counseling, you are invited to a process of exploring your emotions, thoughts, and experiences in order to cultivate growth.

For couples counseling, each individual will have the opportunity to build a connection with the counselor so that a trusting and safe space is cultivated. The goal is to allow each person to be open and restore the connection with their partner.

Joshua is joined by a fellow licensed therapist and social worker, Sam Moore, and between them, they have a vast amount of experience providing outpatient mental health services for those needing support.

Spiral Therapeutics is a Mental Health Outpatient practice. We are in-network with some insurances, and offer self-pay rates as well. Myself and my colleague Sam Moore, MSW provide professional mental health care to teens through adults. We offer services both in-person and virtually.
