​Avanti Consulting, founded by licensed professional counselor Bill Reichle, is a private therapy practice located in West Chester, Pennsylvania.

The practice specializes in supporting children, teens, adults, and families through a wide range of mental health and life challenges, including anxiety, ADHD, autism, parenting stress, academic concerns, and life transitions. Bill’s approach is rooted in empathy and collaboration, offering both in-person and virtual sessions to meet clients where they are.

Bill brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and educational insight to his work. He holds a Master of Science in Education in School & Mental Health Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master’s in Special Education from Penn State, and a Bachelor’s in Family & Human Services from the University of Oregon. He is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Delaware and is a National Certified Counselor.

The name “Avanti,” meaning “to move forward” in Italian, reflects Bill’s mission to help clients gain momentum in their personal growth. His services include individual therapy, family counseling, and parent coaching, with a focus on building resilience, improving communication, and fostering emotional well-being.
